What size jobs do you handle?
We can handle small to larger projects. We consider a small project one that takes a person half a week to do or about 20 hours. Larger or longer term work could be needing 8-24 hours of work a week that goes on for a couple of months are longer.
What advantage do you have over just hiring someone local part-time?
This really depends on your company needs and cost and availability of local labor. Most find our services helpful when they don’t have the space or where they don’t need a particular skill-set fulltime. Instead they need a maybe a day a two a week of a particular skill, such as bookkeeping. We have the advantage of being able to supply many different skill-sets depending on the work needed.
What country are your freelancers from?
We have a pool of freelancers from all around the world. However we match freelancers up with business based on their needs. So most of the USA businesses will be assigned USA freelancers from the USA. In the end it is the choice of the business hiring us and what their needs are.
What do you mean you manage the work and workers?
On many freelance sites you have to find and vet the freelancers you want to hire. Then you have to assign the work and make sure it gets done. If that freelancer doesn’t work out you have to start over again. We know your time is more valuable then just getting cost effective labor. Instead of wasting your valuable time, you tell us what you need to get done. We search and vet who in our pool best meets your requirements. We work out the agreements and then put them to work on your job. We track the time and progress and work with you to make sure it is done right. If you don’t like the results or the freelancer isn’t working out we find one that will.
Do you bill by fixed project price or by hour?
We provide good faith estimates for our agreements. However all our work is billed by hour. Each freelancer or skill set comes at a fixed hourly rate.
Do you outsource work?
We are not what would normally be considered an outsource company. However, we do have an overseas partnership with an outsourcing company. We give our clients the option to use freelancers from their country or our overseas outsource office. Most choose a combination of both depending on the work being done.
